In order to make our online service more reliable for our costumers we enable return and refund policy,
You can do return and ask for refund:
1)If you change your minds. You want to change product to (different flavour, or brand).
2)If product package or itself is deformed, damaged or broken.
3)Product clearly visible poor quality from manufacturer.
4)If product delivered in wrong temperature as it required on package, or manufactures requirements, and you notice lost freshness or deformed product.
5)If product not fresh enough, date expire.
6)Some products have been missed what you buy, or wrong purchase basket.
If your notice any conditions from above list and your are not happy you have to notify on delivery time.
Notice we accept only in formal writing and on delivery time only.
You should check to see that all items listed on the despatch note match those contained in Your package when You receive it. If a parcel arrives not intact, leaking or broken please do not sign for the parcel please notify
Delivery team will provide blank of formal notice and you have to fill and deserve to driver.
We will do refund or return in 3 working days after notice given.
Receiving a Refund: Refunds can only be requested by the Purchaser and will be made by the original payment method within 10 days . Refunds processed in store will be performed at the point of Sale and funds returned to Your account immediately.
