Crosskeys Gin takes its name from the crossed keys of heaven, an ancient symbol on Riga's coat of arms. The distinctive structure and herbal taste of this gin is based on the harmonious combination of its four key ingredients: chamomile, juniper, linden blossoms, and rosemary. Each ingredient was carefully chosen because of their flavours as well as unique properties. Chamomile is well known for its soothing properties, and the taste provides a familiar bitter note. Juniper brings the signature sharp piney taste of gin, while linden blossoms offer warming properties and summery notes.
